ಕಾನೂನು ಜಾರಿಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ | High Court on Commencement Date of Enactments

ಶಾಸನ ಸಭೆಗಳು ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಾಗ ಅವು ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುವ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. Karnataka High Court directed that legislatures must explicitly state the exact commencement date while enacting or amending statutes.

ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಾಗಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ವಿಧೇಯಕಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಅಂಕಿತ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. Karnataka Governor gave assent to the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Bill securing ownership of common areas and undivided share of land for flat owners.
