ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 74ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸಲು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಾಧಾರ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಎಂದು ಸಿಬಿಐಸಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. CBIC clarified that GST authorities cannot invoke fraud sections under Section 74 without specific evidence of intent to evade tax.
