ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ನಂತರ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. Karnataka High Court ruled that the government has no power to alter recruitment rules midway through the selection process.
