ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಹಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಯ ದೇಹದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಾಯಗಳಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ಪೋಕ್ಸೊ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಲಹಾಬಾದ್ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ. The Allahabad High Court ruled that compensation under the POCSO Act cannot be denied solely due to the absence of visible physical injuries on the victim.
