ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ 15ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಆಯೋಗದ ₹2,186 ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಸ್ಕಾಂ ಬಾಕಿ ಕಡಿತದ ವಿವಾದ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. The Centre released ₹2,186 crore under the 15th Finance Commission to Karnataka Gram Panchayats amid deductions for ESCOM power dues.
