ಭಾರತದ ಜವಳಿ ವಲಯದ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕಚ್ಚಾ ಹತ್ತಿ ಆಮದಿನ ಮೇಲಿನ ಮೂಲ ಕಸ್ಟಮ್ಸ್ ಸುಂಕ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31 ರವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. The Central government extended the customs duty exemption on raw cotton imports until December 31 to support the domestic textile industry.
